3. Account Registration and Security

bd222 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to full compliance with these T&C. This licence does not include the right to scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any portion of the bd222 platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd222 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following circumstances.

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, connectivity issues, or interruptions to the platform outside bd222's reasonable control, including internet service provider outages and force majeure events.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bd222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following are examples of circumstances that may trigger account action, though this list is not exhaustive.

• Breach of T&C: Any material breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, providing false registration information, or facilitating underage access, will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation and may lead to permanent closure with forfeiture of any balance.
• Suspected Fraud or Money Laundering: Where bd222 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or other financial crime, bd222 will suspend the account, freeze any balance, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• Voluntary Self-Exclusion: Players who have self-excluded from bd222 and attempt to re-register or circumvent their self-exclusion period will have their new account closed immediately and any deposits made during the exclusion period returned where operationally feasible.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bd222 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, bd222 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by publishing a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the mobile number registered on the account.
